Every engagement starts with a full audit — accounts, tracking, data, and current performance. From there a roadmap is agreed, campaigns are built or restructured, and we work on an ongoing monthly basis. Most clients start with one or two channels and expand from there.
Yes — OTB Digital works with domestic Irish brands and international businesses across multiple markets. Multi-language and multi-country campaign management is part of the service offering.
There is no long-term lock-in. Engagements run on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days notice to pause or end. The minimum is a Strategic Advisory package starting at €650/month, which covers direct access, roadmap management, and monthly reporting.
Paid media management is charged at 12.5% of media spend, with a minimum depending on the channel. Media spend itself is paid directly by you to the platforms — it never passes through OTB Digital, so there's no markup or hidden fees on your budget.
Once scope is agreed and access is granted, onboarding takes one to two weeks — audit, tracking review, account restructure where needed, and the first roadmap. Campaigns are typically live or optimised by weeks three to four.
